We want you to be happy with your Cuzzy Co. order. If you need to request a return or exchange, contact us at Info@cuzzyco.com.au with your order number and details of the item.

Items should be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition where possible. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
